Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

At Pragshta Collective, we are committed to providing quality services and products that support your creative growth and wellbeing. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Single Sessions

  • Payments for single coaching or creative sessions are non-refundable once booked and paid.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the payment is forfeited.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2. Bundle Session Packages (5/10/15 sessions)

  • Bundles are sold as prepaid packages and do not renew automatically.

  • Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs after attending the first session and at least 24 hours before the second session.

  • No refunds will be issued after the second session has taken place or if cancellation is less than 24 hours before the second session.

  • Bundles are non-transferable to other persons.

  • Sessions missed without cancellation within the required timeframe will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Courses (Online, Self-Paced, or Live)

  • Course payments are once-off and non-refundable once access to the course materials has been granted.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us promptly at connect@pragshtacollective.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before access to any course content.

  • No refunds will be issued after you have accessed course materials or participated in live sessions.

4. Digital Downloads (Ebooks, Guided Journals, etc.)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted.

  • If you experience technical difficulties downloading your purchase, please contact us for support.

5. Workshop Bookings (Live or Online)

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the workshop date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be refunded, but you may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval.

  • Workshops may be rescheduled at the discretion of Pragshta Collective due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you may choose to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

6. General

  • All refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time; the current version will always be available on our website.
